This page is the web way to request deletion of your VHT / VHT.ai account and associated personal and health information. Deletion is permanent. It is not a freeze, pause, or deactivation.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Type DELETE to confirm.
On the web: email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my VHT account. We complete verified requests within 30 days. Live access is typically removed immediately.
We delete your live account, health profile, ECHNA conversations, uploaded documents, and connected-device data we stored for you, including Apple Health / HealthKit data on our servers.
Limited records may be kept only for security, fraud prevention, finishing deletion safely, or when the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy Data Retention section at https://vht.ai/privacy.
